That is the ZIP Code in San Bernardino County, California. Also, that is the Mr. ZIP also nicknamed "Zippy". The Zip Code is located in this city.

Fontana, Bloomington, and Kaiser. And there's Zippy's restaurant named after the mascot.

Fun Fact: “ZIP” is actually an acronym for Zone Improvement Plan. However, the USPS intentionally chose the acronym to indicate that mail travels more quickly when senders mark the postal code on their packages and envelopes.
