Fed ex is also the worst shipping company. They always deliver packages to me so late. My ex boyfriends mom ordered a sweater from nordstrom and they lost it and their excuse was “the box came open and it blew away”. No apology or anything. They’re ridiculous. I always use USPS because I grew up with my dad working there.
For those saying that this should be a private company: please look into the history of the postal service. It's in the constitution for a reason, and the benefits we gain from a public postal service go far beyond money.
A lot of people in this thread who seems to think USPS exclusively sends birthday cards and paper mail while completely ignoring their vital role in a ton of e-commerce shipping.
