When I was a CNA a nurse was flat out stealing 100s of pills of narcotics from residents. When confronted at work she managed to get to the bathroom and flush pills she had on her before getting caught and finding her stash in her car and at work. Lady didn't even get 3 years and I'm sure she's still a licenced nurse. The law is crazy and doesn't really mean much apparently.
