About a year ago, these meth heads that were living out of their car stopped in front of our house. When they opened the car door, a puppy this skinny came tumbling out. I don't remember what they asked my husband, but I remember him saying, "No, but I'm taking this", and picked the puppy up and brought him in the house. I tried to give him away once he was healthy, but dammit.....I fell in love. So, now he's a 75 pound lapdog! Thank you for rescuing Sunny. You both deserve all the happiness and good karma in the world!

I stole a dog once. Neighbors kept it on a choke chain on a short leash in their back yard, all day every day. One day I saw the chain was all tangled so it couldn't reach its water even. So I just hopped the fence and took it. It was a super sweet female Rottie who went to go live with a coworker of my mom's. My mom told me that dog became the love of that woman's life.
