For the last 6 days I (32M) was fighting a virus (possibly COVID19, will get my results later this week and will update this post) and on the 3rd day I started documenting my fever and when I took medication in Google Sheets. The graph is generated by Google Sheets (just took me 3 days to get the annotations in)

I only took Parkemed, which I got from my doctor for 8€ for 50 pieces (in the US marked this medication is called "Ponstel" from what I understand) and was in bed (home quarantine) the whole time. It was very interesting to see the effects of the medication in the graph as I didn't have the feeling it was working as well as it did. Also over the course of having the virus I lost 3kg (6,6 lbs) body mass.

The strange staircase in the graph on 3rd of April was when I heard of my Grandmothers passing (non-covid related, she just fell asleep in her home). Crying is really exhausting

To provide scale for non Celsius people:

36 °C = 96,8 °F 37 °C = 98,6 °F 38 °C = 100,4 °F 39 °C = 102,2 °F

I'm not sure if I hade Covid-19 or Influenza (hard to get tested here in Germany without contact to a confirmed infected person) but I also had a pretty long fever 2 weeks ago. 5 days with temps over 39.5°C peak every day. When it got too bad I took Paracetamol. I lost 5 kilos in one week just because I had almost no appetite, although I am 202 cm so that's not a large percentage of my weight. In total my doctor gave me a sick note for 3 weeks, first week was headaches, a cough and body aches, second week fever and body aches, third week headaches. Now I'm in home office. Oh and I also couldn't taste food for a few days. Everything just tasted salty.
