I think the sad part of all of this is that no one is doing anything. His own administration protects him no matter what shitty thing he does and us as Americans would rather bitch on the internet about it than go out and vote, protest, strike, or do whatever we can to bring about positive changes.
In a way the situation we currently face reminds me of the part in Blood Diamond where they mentioned that Americans would say that’s sad and go back to eating their TV dinners.
