The Colt M1911 pistol has probably killed way more people since 1911 than the GAU-8/A. The Colt M1911 probably kills more people every year worldwide.
But if you tell me there's a GAU-8/A pandemic this year, I'm staying inside, despite the similarities to Grandpa's old pistol, thank you very much.
I think sometimes people think the ‘flu’ is just a cold. I almost died from the flu when I was a healthy 20 year old, 48 hours in, lost my vision (temporarily) due to the lack of oxygen my brain was receiving. The flu is dangerous.
