I have a headache disorder. Upon finding out it was not a brain tumor I bought a t shirt with Arnold Schwarzenegger's face on it and it says "It's Not a Toomah." People usually like it.
However, for another situation I had to start going to an oncologist office. I remember accidentally wearing that shirt in there. I felt like it was a little insensitive and have since quit wearing it to that particular doctor's office.

If I looked up from the table and read that, it would absolutely make my day. The laughing would probably be an issue though.
