I have found that so many people have a hard time wrapping their minds around anxiety and panic attacks. A friend who takes the time to learn about it so they can better understand you is a true friend.
I wouldn’t say this is basic kindness. I would say it takes a lot for someone to go out of the way to research and understand someone’s mental health issues.
