A guy from my church who constantly posts conservative fake news all over Facebook just posted a meme bitching about how Democrats keep closing churches to avoid the coronavirus when they should be closing borders.
He's an elder at my church, and the next day he voted to close the church because of the coronavirus.
We're also in the Bible Belt, where there's probably a 90% chance that anyone in charge of a church is very much a conservative.

The reason it takes so long for those assholes to get anything done is that first they have to figure out how to game it for themselves.
