I saw a guy at my local IGA who had filled up a cart and a half of bottled water and he was awkwardly pushing two carts around. I just don't get it, nobody is expecting the city to suddenly turn off the taps
Costco has been doing an incredible job in managing the supply while maintaining their excellent customer service. I was there this morning expecting to see empty shelves but instead saw limited people being allowed in at a time and between each group, shelves were restocked, carts wiped down and most important supplies were stocked close to the entrance while an employee kept a close watch making sure customers respect quantity restrictions. I walked out with everything that I needed. Costco has truly outdone themselves. Others should take note.
