My grandmother’s home was closed to visitors last week and today they closed all the common places within the facility. Having so many activities and choices was a major plus when she had to move from the house she’d been living in for decades. Now she’s confined to her room, and it’s heartbreaking. I get it, but there’s something to be said for mental wellness too.
