Home Depot has a thing called "The Homer Fund". They ask us to donate from out paycheck to coworkers in need. Everyone thinks it's a good idea and I keep saying a better idea would be for them to pay us a livable wage and provide benefits like healthcare. Why are they asking us to support each other instead of doing it themselves. Home Depot made $100b in sales last year, they can afford it.

Donating vacation time is complete bullshit. Companies could.... you know.... give their employees usable amounts of sick time.

Billionaires not wanting to help thier employees when the help is covered and insured in most if not all situations like this.
Shows how they view thier profits in contrast to thier employees.
