Worked for a movie rental store in high school, my interview was very similar to this, and that job fucking ruled.
Went in for an interview less than a week after putting in my application, a chubby guy asked me all of 5 questions, I got hired on the spot, and started working immediately.

I worked at a waffle house at times through college and this is spot on. I once worked all three shifts cause other cooks didn't show up.
By 3rd shift I was sleeping in the back until a waitress would wake me up to cook.
Fun times.
