Edit: just to clarify, charging back when it is unwarranted is shitty and bad on the customers end, but unless OP was banned or something of that sort, which I doubt because of the screenshot, I think he is completely in the right to chargeback. They not only disabled his ability to play the game, but have not issued a refund, this type of business practice is unacceptable especially for a game that costs anywhere from $50-$150, fuck them for doing this.
Holy shit. I’ve been playing for almost 4 years so I’m by no means a BSG hater but this needs to be on the front page. This is indefensible. Absolute BS.
