This should say, “... gets paid $669 a day by you, the tax payer and his boss, to be on sick leave while he wants you to believe that you don’t deserve it and you need to pay your health insurance for the doctor visit and don’t forget your mortgage and your water/electric bills along with your car and credit card. He wishes you the best and will send you a generic get well soon card as a token for his respect for you, his boss.”
This probably isn’t short enough for a tweet but I feel like it tells a more sincere story.
