I've been there on a day like this. It was gorgeous, and taught me a lot a out the value of choosing your attitude: we had some people on the same trip who kept complaining about the weather and how shit it made everything. Thankfully, our group was lead by someone who gave us a good attitude adjustment, saying that the rain may be making things more dreary, and cold, and hard to see, but it also meant there were lot more waterfalls to see (and hear!) I'm so glad she gave us that nudge because it was one of the most memorable enjoyable day trips I've taken... And those people who were on the exact same boat in the exact same weather had a far worse time simply because of their attitude going in.
