1942 U.S.A. Eagle Republic films: "Airmen Know Your Enemy"

"In the unlikely event you have to land your airplane in enemy territory it is imperative you know how to recognize the enemy so you can take appropriate measures. The average German citizen has been duped by NAZI propaganda into thinking the entire world is arrayed against Germany."

"The citizens of Germany are under the spell of NAZI influence. They have been corrupted by NAZI poison and so may try to injure you or report you to Wehrmacht (German Army) or Gestapo (German Political Police) forces. They are not your enemy. We are fighting to free them from NAZI domination. Your enemy has a face and you will save the lives of your brothers in arms if you learn that face and are ready to act if you encounter it."

"Contained within the pocket of your jacket is a foldable picture of the enemy. Simply align the puzzle as directed by the quadrants and arrows and you will assemble a picture of the worst NAZI of all. We do not expect you to encounter this person under every day circumstances but should you somehow find yourself proximate to his person you may be able to take action which will shorten the war and save millions of lives."

"Learn the face of the enemy now while you are safe and have the time to act with sobriety and concentration. When the ACK ACK is exploding around you it will be too late. You are our greatest hope and your courage, steel eyed intention, and heartfelt need to bring the fight are what the world is counting on to destroy the NAZI machine."

"Know your enemy airmen. Learn his face. If you ever get close enough you will know what needs to be done. The homeland salutes you. Be proud of your noble mission. Each flight brings hope to the oppressed. Each bomb dropped is one step closer to victory!"

(Sounds of planes flying overhead. Glory, glory, hallelujah! playing in the background)
