I just told my fiance last night that Bernie is always so classy when dealing with the other candidates. Basically the complete opposite of Trump. Bernie will always have my respect no matter who wins.
I thought Pete's healthcare plan was the best simply because the end goal is Medicare For All, but a fast transition would be a huge political risk. Prove that it's a good healthcare plan and win the moderates over to MFA in the next 8 years and boom, MFA is a political asset. MFA, as of right now, is a little risky to the average American. I still think it's the end goal but it will be hard to do all at once.
Healthcare reform sputtered out in the 90s, Obamacare was slashed from it's original idea. My real concern with Medicare For All right now is that it'll be watered down to pass the House and Senate. If it transforms into something like Medicare For All Who Want It, would the Bernie base still support it?
