After my dad passed away, my mom started to learn Internet's memes to be constantly in touch with me, while I finish my master's degree in another city a thousand kilometers away.
I always like her memes, even the terrible "Facebook" ones. Sometimes I send her pics from r/aww and memes from r/polandball, and when she sits with a dictionary and tries to translate them.
She does not always succeed, especially if it is a play on words, but she tries and always sends a funny sticker in response. In the low resolution, .png format and with a black background. And I love all of them.
UPD: I send her this picture, she replies "it's was very hard, but i understand everything besides 'wholesome'. Why it's mean healthy?". I explained it and she send me back sticker with hedgehog, which hugged a little sun.
