Is she blaming you for it being cold?

How old are you if I may ask?

Please just don't take it personally; I spent years trying to make sense of my mother's mental gymnastics & blamed myself often for her constantly shifting moods & games. Start lying, cheating her little games, avoiding, & being dismissive. They teach you to play nice because they want to abuse you, but there are no rules if they constantly break them, so fuck that. My mother had me convinced I couldn't lie to her until I was 18. I wasted so much time getting in trouble over nothing.

Ex: I once did every chore my mother asked, with great detail, asked her if she needed anything else & if not could, "... I please go with my friends?" She looked around, smiled real big, then said, "Thank you, yes or course!" Called me later while I was with my friends screaming at me about something I knew I'd done, but she insisted I had not.

Since then I've learned a lot, like: My fiance & I were staying with her last summer in between homes & she actually tried to kick me out as a grown ass woman over an inane fight. I literally said, "No." & Walked away. She spent the week Love Bombing because I was ignoring her.
