If you want to avoid "socialist" universal healthcare after Bernie wins, then you will have to move to a 3rd world country. Every first world country except the US has universal healthcare already.
Now if you want a conservative utopia I suggest Saudi Arabia as your best bet.
Liberals are put to death. Gays and transgender people are put to death. Women are completely subservient to men and are considered the property of their husbands. Abortion is illegal. Interracial marriage requires special dispensation. Religion is mandatory. Athiests are put to death. Religious leaders run the government.
