It is the Jatayu Earth Centre. Jatayu is a mythical bird from Indian Epic Ramayana. Jatayu tries to save Sita, Ram's wife from being abducted by Ravana. But Ravana cuts down Jatayu. it is believed that the place Jatayu fell to, is the Jatayupara(para means rock in South Indian languages) and it is at Jatayupara, at Chadayamangalam, in Kerala, India that he fell down from the sky.
The sculpture is part hollow with rooms, auditoriums etc. it is not a proper monolithic sculpture.

I have been there. It is wonderful. There is an adventure park and cable car ride there.
