A cool one that I loved, even though it was in reverse, was that Hawkeye fraction comic used the Hawkeye falling and shooting his rope arrow scene from avengers, even though it played out very differently lol

Arguably, the entire character of Hawkeye is homage to the Ultimate comics (was a shield agent over an avenger, had some jokes but was mostly a more serious character, had a family, his family died, he became more dark and brooding after, he witnessed black widows death although not by his own hands like the ultimate comics)
