When I was in college I had a roommate whose parents were super overprotective, I’m surprised they didn’t do this to her.

My mum didn't just send me an app to download, she stole my phone and installed an app that shows my location, every message I send and receive, every phone call I have, every thing I search up on the internet and also it has a keylogger.

Edit: here to clear some things up. She spent like $200 on the software and could access all my information from her phone, I paid for the phone and for the service provider, because she could see my photos she saw a lot of photos sent between my girlfriend at the time and I and lastly when the program was running it would have an orange bar across the top of the screen saying tap to disable so I just did that but she kept re-installing it to which point I had my psychologist talk to her. This was all last year whilst I was 17, I turn 18 in March.

Lol fuck that Life360 app.

My dad came over my house about a month ago and wanted me to show him how to get audio books on his phone.

As I'm showing him I notice his phone is basically spitting out ads and pop ups like it's vomit.

I start deleting a bunch of shit weather apps and all that when I see the life 360 app installed.

I ask him if he knows it's on there and he's like "wtf is that?"

Told him what it was. Seems like his new GF is trying to track him without telling him she was doing it.

I can only imagine the panic she had when she got the notification that her app was uninstalled from his phone.
