Shout out to my friends who check up on me when I’m isolating!

People used to call me low maintenance. I didn't know I what "needs" were and I grew up in a psychologically and emotionally traumatic household. I was neglected and abused so I didn't even know I can ask for things. On top of that, I am recently finding out that I have an executive dysfunction. It could be from the C-PTSD, ADHD or the major depressive disorder that came from either. This means, I have trouble regulating my self and recognizing my emotions naturally so I used to suppress everything and mimic what everybody was doing because I didn't know how to be appropriate. I was always happy in front of everyone because that's what I was told to be to not burden anyone with my problems. None of my peers knew because I didn't know my self.

So, especially check in your low maintenance friends, the ones that seem a little odd and disheveled.

I once killed a cactus by drowning it, don’t check up on your friends 472 times a day or they’ll drown
