In the same way though, why would the school care? The "it doesn't matter" argument goes both ways, and if it truly dunnie matter, then they should be able to piss in the girls too.
I'm reminded of the time that they wouldn't let a transgender student take shelter in either the boy's room or the girl's room during an active shooter drill.
