Losing even a bit of weight is a huge deal when you are a wheelchair user. I was eating more than three meals a day and not working out enough earlier. Now, I eat twice a day (since June 2019).
I haven't weighed myself in over a decade so I am not sure how much I have lost.
It took me a long time to realize that my body does not need as many calories as other people. I know I need to work on toning my arms and abs and I hope I can stay on track.

No need to weigh yourself. It's obvious hardwork has paid off. And I can't even begin to understand how much harder it is for you. Be very proud!!
