In PE our gym teacher would stand in the front of the gym and have us get down on our knees and stretch our hands out in front of us on the ground, then lean back and put our hands in the air; repeat 10 times. It took too long for us to all realize what he was doing.

I can definitely see 5th graders doing that, how long they stay quiet after that I’m sure is questionable

I bet part of the success is that they think it’s funny
And I bet they like that their class has an inside joke. And they get to yell
