Edit: to everyone here, I really appreciate your feedback. It’s really hard for me to look my fears in the eyes and actually do something about them, but you’ve given me ways to start and try. Wholesome community :)
Honestly, I feel like this kind of feedback should be taught in schools. So many people grow up either being afraid to give constructive criticism because they don’t want to seem mean, or being too critical about something to where it becomes personal.

There’s also a “sandwich” format, where you compliment, suggest change/critic, then compliment again.
