I have never worked at a company where I thought my best interest was something they even considered.
At my current job our profits go up every year but they don’t give out raises and raise our insurance plan cost every year without increasing coverage.
I feel like upper management always complains that the work force has no loyalty but literally the only way to get a raise is to quit and get a higher paying job. Which I’m planning on doing.
