I know it’s biased but Roy seems like he wasn’t that committed often pushing back the wedding, not wanting to do things with Pam, and being kind of a dick.
They just weren’t right for each other and I think Roy had some growing up to do before he could focus on a committed relationship and shove it up your butt!
