In Brazil we call those sonho, which literally translates to "dream".
They're found fairly easily in any bakeries or food markets, and can range from "meh, it's okay" to "HOLY MOTHER OF GOD THIS IS THE ONLY THING I WILL EVER EAT TO THE DAY I DIE".
Cheap and (usually) delicious!

Where I'm from, we call these Paczkis (pronounced Poonch-keys). They come in many different flavors and are the best desert ever.
