I worked at a pizza shop and this happened all the time on the ordering apps. I remember my favorite one was one that said in the notes "bring 3 waters, a coke, paper towels, plates, ranch dressing) they ordered a small cheese bread and a small personal pizza. The total was like $13. Our delivery minimum was $15. So when we called we told them they needed to come pick up and they said they'd tip $2 to make the total $15. So our bike delivery guy said why not. He shows up with the 2 food items, some paper plates and napkins. The person freaks out they didnt get free drinks or ranch dressing and then doesnt even tip the bike guy.
