Reminds me of that time a friend of mine came over, and while I was busy on something I asked him to put some tea on for the both of us.
He told me ".... how? I've never made tea".
I took the piss off him a little bit, surprised that a 30yo big ass dude who had lived alone for 10 couldn't make tea, but hey, you don't know how to do something until you've done it, so I didn't insist too much and told him to do it the easy way, grab a tea bag from the shelf and leave it in the water to brew for a few minutes after it boiled.
He chucked the tea bag in the water with wrapping and all. I didn't know what else to say.

To be a fly on the wall during this person's culinary exploits.

A ravioli covered in chips sounds good though.
