My brother bought a 20000mAh powerbank it couldn't fully charge his phone so my mom opened the powerbank and they found this... Only 3 batteries are connected to the powerbank and the rest are dummies.
If he's looking for a real one I have a 26800 mAh RAVpower that I totally recommend. It lasts me about a week, charging my pixel 2 usually once a day (at work). It has USB c and supports rapid charging!
