Some insight by an old SW fan. RotJ blew everyone’s mind when it came out. People nowadays piss all over the Ewoks and Muppets but it was just incredible in its day. The Jabba puppet, theRancor scene were just epic. The speederbikes sound just made people smile. We had never heard such sound effects in a movie (and we knew what to expect). The Ewok battle was action and comedy like most movie fans hadn’t experienced before. But the shot that for me as a kid was the Falcon flying straight at the TIEs. I must have watched whatever making of show 20 times about it. I think it might have been Lights, Camera, Action with Leonard Nemoy.

RoTS blew my mind as a kid. Sure, it has its flaws but that epic battle and music at the end still gives me goosebumps.
