They're not wrong. A 3600 with a 1660 Super and 16GB of RAM will do just fine for 95% of PC gamers for the next five years most likely.
EDIT: RIP my inbox. For everyone asking about if their top-tier 2017-2019 hardware is still ok - yes, it is. As a general rule of thumb, you can expect your computer to last a solid 5 years before any crazy expensive upgrades are needed. Your 1600/1080ti’s are still fine. Your 2700/1660ti’s are still fine. Your 5700s are fine. Even your RX 570s and 580s are fine for now. They’ll be fine for another few years.
