I’m trying to get in shape but I don’t want to take before and after pics or track it as my new years resolution because it seems like any time I do something like that, I only last for a week.
I think it’s working so far. Two months in. Instead of looking at it as a goal or work, I’m just looking at it as something to do. No end point in mind. No goal. No deadline. Not “ugggghhhhh I have to get up and go jogging”
Just something to do daily, and if I feel like I can do a little more than what I did in the previous day then I do so even if it’s just one more rep or one more minute of sprints or 30 extra feet of jogging.
