Just gonna leave this here. Keep talking to people, don’t get mad when they do just get more calm. Logic always wins and being positive breeds positivity.

Gave me a little whiplash, those kinds of shirts are usually worn by people who would call me a slur lmao but I’m really glad to see that Bernie is popular with a diverse and wide range of people, especially people I have nothing in common with or would disagree on topics with. Bernie really does seem to represent something really big and meaningful to a lot of Americans, and I’m thankful to see evidence of someone like this guy, who otherwise I might be nervous around, sharing very core values with me.

Not logic. Talk to their elephant, not them. Be smiling, funny, and kind. Don't tell them what to think, ask them why they think what they think instead of your alternative ideas.

This comment section is pretty disappointing to me. Y'all really can't look past the "oh my gosh he's wearing one of THOSE shirts" and think about the bigger picture?

Has it occurred to you that maybe he KNOWS that he's going to attract attention from exactly the sort of people he wants asking him about his support of Bernie by wearing that shirt? Not to mention the whole point of Bernie's movement, our movement, is to be inclusive. And to be understanding of the fact that our government and economy, regardless of your chosen political ideology, has left behind millions of people. Our "political parties" have all but abandoned their supposed values in favor of money. Bernie is about fixing that, and this guy realizes it.

Good for him, and good for our movement. Get over the shirt.
