I’d expect that there is an underlying cause which affects both of these. Like mental health, for example? When I’m mentally in a good place I do well at work and have the motivation to exercise and eat well. When my mental health is poorer, my work is shoddy and I eat a lot of takeaways and chocolate! This is coming from someone with generally good mental health, but I definitely see the effect of stress, home problems, etc.

I'd get rid of the regression lines because that implies a trend but these are inherently not linearly trending.
