Keeping busy as a coping mechanism only works as long as your body does. When your body hits a wall and you're forced off work, its just you, the silence, and the thousands of things you crammed away tumbling down around you.
If you're young, go see someone. It's a lot harder to mend your mental health when your body no longer cooperates like it used to.
