Not a sob story...My husband had a heart attack earlier this year and we lost almost everything. We have been homeless most of the year and just moved into a place ‘off-grid’, but at least it’s ours. It took every dime we had to get it. We will be going shopping on Christmas Eve to get a couple things for each other. I set aside $40 for this. Although most would probably not believe it, this Christmas means more to us because we’ve struggled so hard for even this little bit. We will have a few things cooked over a fire for Christmas dinner and I just know it will be delicious! We both feel very blessed. I hope you all have a safe, warm Holiday with all that you need.
