If that concept is hitting you like a ton of bricks right now, I highly recommend figuring out ways to be happy alone. It doesn’t make you pathetic to be happy alone, it makes you whole.
EDIT: Some of y’all don’t seem to understand how death works. You can only die alone, with very few exceptions like an instant death in a place crash or something, and you can have more than your damn spouse with you at your bedside while you’re dying.
