Good work! I hit 3 years last week. My Wife left me in July suddenly, sold the car and moved to canada and filed for divorce. But instead of worrying and drinking, I just started going on hikes in groups and talking and I didn't let drinking become an option. It gets easier as time goes on. Just stick with it.

I'm going on day 18 no beer or alcohol for me. I quit coffee right after thanksgiving too. I feel decent. Good job on you !!

I had to re-read that I was thinking eyeballing liquor involved pouring liquor into your eyes.
