Try actually cancelling their service. Both my fiancee and I had it at different times. It took me about 30 minutes to finally get them to process my cancellation and I was still billed for it the following year. I had to argue with them and get my credit card company involved. I canceled it years ago, but I still have the cancellation confirmation number as a file on my (otherwise clean) desktop since I don't trust them. My fiancee went through the hassle of trying to get it canceled and when it became apparent that no offer was going to get her to keep it, the person hung up and she had to start all over again.
