My neighbours placed this thing on their wall in the last couple weeks along with the pots and plants. So far we are thinking it could be a speaker for their garden but it seems like a strange place to put one. We do have a lot of cats in the area so it could be something to do with trying to keep them out of their garden? We are just hoping that it isn't a camera as that would be a bit creepy lol
It makes a high pitched sound to scare of different animals, we bought one because we had cats pooping in our patio but it annoyed us and our dog and didnt deter the cats. They're also effective for birds - it depends what frequency you set them to i think.
