Had these at family store and they all are not meant for efficiency. A top loading freezer set to bare min would be something to look into. Those cost about a buck a month to run.
Edit: to clarify based on a lot of responses, I meant the top loading chest freezer solution is a buck a month to run.
why not just get an actual fridge? one that wont kill your electric bill and will actually keep your food at the right temp for 7 days of sitting in there.
