This happened in 2018 and was her daughters primary caregiver. She would request a refill sooner than they should have been. A doctor got sick of the repeated concerns from medical staff and obtained a urine sample which found no trace of either one of her medications. The medications were fentanyl and OxyCodone.
She was charged with 4 felony counts of stealing a controlled substance and 2 counts of abusing someone that was vulnerable - her dying daughter.
