An early rare insult, but not nearly the first. Shakespeare was stringing together rare insults two centuries before Hamilton.
Edit: By pointing out that Shakespeare came well before Hamilton, by no means was meant to imply Shakespeare was the first.
I do think an argument could be made that Shakespeare was the most prolific in crafting the rare insult.
